Luciane Kunde is an artist and researcher. A PhD candidate at Unicamp, she investigates handmade paper as an expressive medium in its own right. She understands process and material as fundamental elements of artistic creation. She develops independent artistic projects and teaches open workshops on handmade paper.
TO-DO LIST AND THE INABILITY TO WANDER (LISTA DE TAREFAS E O NÃO VAGAR)
"I don't have time to wander" is one of the phrases that guides this work. According to the dictionary, to wander may mean to move without a destination, drift aimlessly with the wind, or roam. To walk without purpose, letting chance lead the way. Drawing on the writings of Silvia Federici, the artist began listing the domestic tasks that make up her daily life, revealing the impossibility of wandering—a reality shared by many women.
