Mini Bio
Chica Boyriven has a multicultural background. Born in São Paulo to French parents, her artistic journey began when she moved to Paris and enrolled in the School of Fine Arts. There, she studied in the studio of Pierre Alechinsky (CoBrA), who was deeply inspired by Eastern calligraphy. Under his guidance, she honed her use of paper as a medium for artistic expression. The book emerged naturally from her artistic path. Mentor at M.A.L.A.
WHO? (QUEM?)
This book is a collection of portraits of anonymous people. When wandering the streets, I feel surrounded by strangers and at the same time, part of this world where everyone contains everyone and everyone contains everyone. The collage technique opens up infinite portraits, and encounters, infinite possibilities.
