In this edition, our luggage has grown, M.A.L.A. now features 30 artists, and we've launched a new hybrid residency model, combining in-person immersion with online mentorship. We strongly believe in this format because the intensive week provides a concrete experience of the book-making process, a deep dive into structures, materials, and graphic experimentation. This direct contact with the processes broadens participants' understanding and refines their practices, creating a solid foundation for the virtual meetings that follow. In these virtual sessions, continuous dialogue and mentorship support the development of the projects over time.
