VACANCY (HÁ VAGAS)
For the "vaga mundo" proposal, I used my own photographic records of places I have wandered through. On hand-drawn maps, I marked vacant spaces and the intention of occupying a new destination, still unknown. I used travel photographs—most of them analogue and later digitized—along with maps and place names rendered in the colors of the flag, using India ink and colored pencils. The theme allowed me to wander through all the photographic material stored in boxes, albums, and drawers—an emotional atlas that anyone can explore and wander through.
