The book is a collection of the artist's musings and memories of her journeys across the Atlantic Ocean. These ship trips were her favorite mode of transportation. parents to for to France: the departure was from the port of Santos, to arrive at the port of Marseille. And vice versa. These numerous trips back and forth were experienced, as a child, as a total immersion experience: a dive into the blue of the sky and the sea.
