Catandre
Mini Bio
Catandre (Catherine André) trained in painting, drawing, and printmaking in various studios in Paris, Barcelona, and Venice. Texts by contemporary poets and the plant world, with its graphic richness, are the inspiration for her artist's books. Her expression uses only a few primary colors, always in binary combinations, exploring contrasts: black and white, red and blue, black and red, and so on.

ÉDEN ROUGE
It is a print book, with paintings in the duality of red and black, with strong botanical inspiration and texts extracted from the unpublished work Lés Départs, by Olivier Ragsol-Barbey. It is a botanical symphony in black and red, in which the overlays and the white background form a variety of tones in this spectrum, embracing the text.
