TRADICIONAIS: ESSÊNCIA E RESISTÊNCIA DA PESCA ARTESANAL (TRADITIONAL: ESSENCE AND RESISTANCE OF ARTISANAL FISHING)
The power of place is evident in the images captured on his cell phone, capturing the daily lives of traditional artisanal fishing communities. The goal of this book is to build, with these people from Figueira Beach, in Arraial do Cabo, Rio de Janeiro, a sense of belonging, identity, memory, and appreciation through a process of dialogue and empowerment about their realities. Objects such as pieces of boats for the covers and pieces of nets appear in the composition of the local landscape.
