I chose to use fragments of varvite, a type of sedimentary rock, a material I've used frequently since 2023. The intention was to record the "path" a stone can take in a book, leaving its marks, its traces. Based on their reliefs, I used the stones as stamps, creating impressions. In this book, the "walk" of the stones occurs as the pages turn; the images appear from both left and right, appearing and disappearing with each turn.
